氟苯取代的酰胺型香豆素衍生物的合成与表征文献综述

摘要
香豆素类衍生物具有抗肿瘤、降血糖、抗菌等多种生物活性以及优秀的荧光性能,被广泛应用于医药、香料、农业、荧光分析等各个领域[1]。因而其合成与制备广受海内外学者关注。随着有机合成工艺的进步与发展,化学工作者们不断优化反应条件,研究出了很多制备新型的香豆素衍生物的方法,大大丰富了香豆素类衍生物的品种。本文主要对香豆素的来源结构性质及应用,氟带有机物和含氟香豆素衍生物的合成等进行了综述。

Abstract
Coumarin derivatives have a variety of biological activities, such as anti-tumor, hypoglycemic, antibacterial, and excellent fluorescence performance, and are widely used in medicine, spices, agriculture, fluorescence analysis and other fields, so their synthesis and preparation have been widely concerned by scholars at home and abroad.With the progress and development of organic synthesis technology, chemists have been constantly optimizing the reaction conditions and developed many methods to prepare new coumarin derivatives, which greatly enriched the varieties of coumarin derivatives.In this paper, the source, structure and application of coumarin, the synthesis of fluorinated organics and fluorinated coumarin were reviewed.
