关于高层法库迎宾馆给排水现状的文献综述
摘要:结合工程实例,分析了法库迎宾馆的给排水设计要点,对其给水系统、排水系统、热水系统及消防系统设计及管材、埋设方式、供水方式、卫生器具的选取进行了探讨,并指出法库迎宾馆给排水设计应根据日常运行情况进行合理分区;消防系统应根据“立足于自救”的原则进行设计,消防系统和自喷系统结合,能够及时发现并制止火灾;排水系统应根据排水水质进行分流排放,确保出水水质。热水系统采用集中供应,统一向个用水点供应。

Abstract:Combined with engineering examples,Analyzing the drainage design points of faku hotel.investigate the design of its Water supply system、Drainage system、Hot water system and Fire Fighting System,the choose of its pipe、Buried way、Water supply、Health appliances.
And It is pointed out that the design of water supply and drainage of Faku Hotel should be rationally partitioned according to daily operation.Fire protection system should be based on the principle of 'based on self-help' design, fire protection system and self-spray system, timely detection and suppression of fire.Drainage system should be based on drainage water diversion discharge, to ensure water quality. Hot water system uses a centralized supply, a unified supply of water points.

1)本毕业论文题目来源于沈阳天阔新城房地产开发有限公司上海法库迎宾馆项目部,建筑性质为酒店,宾馆地上17层,地下1层,总建筑高度74.2米,总建筑面积33365平方米。地下1层为车库和设备用房,地上1-2层为商业用房,3-4层为餐饮用房,5层洗浴中心,5-17层为酒店客房,每层设置16间客房。该建筑为一类建筑,抗震设防烈度为6度,主楼按一级耐火等级,结构体系为框架筒体。建筑物周围有完善的城市给水管网和排水管网,给水管网提供的压力为280kPa。要求给该建筑进行给排水管道施工图设计;在进行设计之前,要熟悉建筑给排水设计规范,熟悉建筑给排水设计方法、理念;
