PEI/CuS/Fe3O4纳米复合物制备

摘 要

磁性氧化铁纳米颗粒具有良好的稳定性,小尺寸效应,表面效应,光学效应,超磁性效应以及特殊的生物亲和反应,它本身又是天然磁铁,故在磁流体,靶向药物,磁性分离和磁性记录材料中都有所运用。硫化铜纳米颗粒是一种具有优异的近红外光吸收能力和光热转换性能的半导体材料。CuS/Fe3O4 纳米复合材料具有超顺磁性和光致发光能力,在生物医疗方面具有很好的前景。本文简单介绍了硫化铜纳米颗粒和磁性氧化铁的制备方法及其性能,主要包括共沉淀法,电化学沉积法等。另外,聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)对CuS/Fe3O4有着良好的表面修饰作用,可提高该复合材料的靶向性和稳定性。

PEI/CuS/Fe3O4 Nanometer Material Preparation

ABSTRACT

Magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles have good stability, small size effect, surface effect, optical effect, super magnetic effect and special biological affinity reaction, which itself is a natural magnet in magnetic fluid, drug targeting, magnetic separation and magnetic recording materials are used. Copper sulfide nanoparticles are a kind of semiconductor materials with excellent near infrared absorption and photothermal conversion properties. CuS/Fe3O4 nano-composites have the ability of superparamagnetic and photoluminescence, which have a good prospect in biological medicine. In this paper, the preparation methods and performance of copper sulfide nanoparticles and magnetic iron oxide are briefly introduced, including coprecipitation, electrochemical deposition. Polyethyleneimine (PEI) has a good surface modification effect on CuS/Fe3O4, and improves its targeting and stability.
