真空热处理对圆竹内应力的影响

摘 要

竹材是一种重要的森林资源,随着竹材加工技术的发展,竹材在建筑行业的利用越来越广泛,以竹代木成为解决目前木材资源匮乏的最佳途径。众所周知,竹材有许多优点,比如:环保,可再生,强度好,资源丰富,性能稳定等。但竹材也有许多缺点,比如竹材在加工使用过程中容易劈裂。目前国内外很多学者都进行过关于竹材性质,缺陷改善方面以及真空热处理其他领域应用的研究。因此,将真空热处理技术应用于竹材物理性质改善,也运用的越来越多。真空热处理技术对圆竹内应力的影响,改善竹材易劈裂的性质。竹材在加工使用过程中能够更加便捷,运用范围更加广泛。对人类生产生活做出更多改善。

ABSTRACT

Bamboo is an important forest resource. With the development of bamboo processing technology, bamboo is more and more widely used in the construction industry. As we all know, bamboo has many advantages, such as: environmental protection, renewable, good strength, rich resources, stable performance and so on. But bamboo also has many shortcomings, such as bamboo in the process of using the process is easy to split. At present, many scholars at home and abroad have studied the properties of bamboo, the improvement of defects and other applications of vacuum heat treatment. Therefore, more and more vacuum heat treatment technology has been applied to improve the physical properties of bamboo. The effect of vacuum heat treatment technology on internal stress of round bamboo is improved. Bamboo can be more convenient and widely used in the process of processing and using. More improvements will be made in human production and life.
