啤酒废水处理技术应用现状

摘 要

随着人们生活水平的提高，我国啤酒工业迅速发展。啤酒生产耗水量大且出水水质各有其自身特点。啤酒废水的排放和对环境的污染已成为突出问题，经济、有效、节能地解决该类污水处理问题已经成为当今环保工程领域的课题之一。根据啤酒废水水质水量的情况，综述了常见的啤酒废水处理工艺，展望了啤酒废水处理技术的未来研究方向，指出优化组合工艺是啤酒废水处理技术的必然趋势。

Abstract

With the improvement of people#39;s living standards, the beer industry in our country has developed rapidly. Beer production consumes large amounts of water and the effluent quality has its own characteristics. The discharge of brewery wastewater and the pollution to the environment have become outstanding problems. Solving this type of wastewater treatment problem economically, effectively and energy-efficiently has become one of the topics in the field of environmental protection engineering today. According to the situation of brewery wastewater quality and quantity, the common brewery wastewater treatment process was reviewed. The future research direction of brewery wastewater treatment technology was prospected. It was pointed out that the optimized combination process was the inevitable trend of brewery wastewater treatment technology.
