易碎台灯的快递包装结构设计
摘要:灯具这一产品为人们的生活与工作提供了方便,是必不可缺的日常生活用品。随着人们对网络购物的接受度提高以及第三方支付工具的飞速发展,中国网上购物市场的发展速度明显加快,灯具包装是在购买、销售、存储流通领域中保证质量的关键。设计合理的缓冲包装件不仅可以保护商品在流通过程中免受冲击、振动等机械载荷的损坏,还可以减低包装件的成本,易于堆码,从而提高商品在市场上的竞争力。目前市场上主要用气泡塑料或海绵作为包装内衬,然而会造成材料浪费和环境污染。而以瓦楞纸板做内衬,具有一定的弹性,能产生较大弯曲变形,经开槽、压线、折叠后能起支撑作用,可被用于各种产品对缓冲包装的要求,是一种很好的缓冲材料。我学习了相关课程,于是采用瓦楞纸板对台灯灯具做快递包装设计。

The liner made of corrugated cardboard, with a certain flexibility, can produce greater bending deformation, the slot, the pressure line, folding can play a supporting role, can be used for a variety of products on the buffer packaging requirements, is a Very good cushioning material. I studied the relevant courses, so the use of corrugated cardboard lamps to do express packaging design.
