摘要:随着中国电商的异军突起,快递行业成为中国的行业的热门。伴随经济大爆炸的同时,带来了很多的相关问题。物流过程中的暴力装卸,给很多产品带来了损坏,给消费者带来了很不好的购物体验,同时给厂家造成经济损失。还有大量的快递垃圾处理的问题难以解决,从而污染环境。因此,以无线路由器作为一个例子针对物流及其回收问题做了产品的包装创新,从而减少在运输过程中对内容物的损坏,提高消费者的购物体验。包装材料应该有效的保护内装物,具有一定的强度,韧性,弹性,隔绝性以达到抵抗冲击,振动,等动力和静力的影响,以及环境因素的影响。现在很多厂家使用泡沫塑料等作为缓冲材料包裹在内装物得表面。虽然有一定的保护效果,可是对环境的危害是不可估量的。而且成本略高,不符合绿色包装的理念。使用成本低造价低而且对环境污染低的材料而且可以重复利用的才是正确的方法。所以,对市场现有的包装进行改进,不影响原有的制造体系,循环利用,从而降低能耗,提高消费者的网购体验,增强厂家的切身利益。

一、研究背景
目前,过度包装在我国不少商品上仍严重存在。过度包装不仅严重地损害了消费者的利益,而且浪费了大量宝贵资源和污染环境。必须采取健全法律法规、运用经济手段、完善运行机制等措施限制过度包装。同时,应尽快地建立我国的绿色包装评价体系,积极发展绿色包装,从根本上解决过度包装问题[1]。随着科学与经济的不断发展,作为企业“ 第三利润源”的现代物流已经成为市场竞争的一个焦点, 受到社会各界的高度重视。包装作为现代物流的一个重要环节,已经取得了突飞猛进的发展, 它既是商品生产的终点, 又是商品流通的起点,包装一般分为销售包装和运输包装, 随着现代物流的发展,对包装(尤其是运输包装)提出了更高的要求[2]。
