纳米材料对脲醛树脂胶黏剂性能的影响研究
纳米材料改性脲醛树脂的研究进展
摘要:对传统脲醛树脂的改性研究已经十分成熟,用纳米材料增强改性脲醛树脂已成趋势,利用纳米材料与脲醛树脂制备纳米流体是近几年才出现的概念,它是一种纳米粒子和液体介质共存的悬浮液。纳米流体高导热性的研究为提高能源利用效率提供了一种新的解决方案,已经成为研究者关注的热点。本文介绍了纳米材料改性脲醛树脂的研究进展并对纳米流体的制备和纳米流体稳定性做了阐述,同时探讨了纳米流体粘度的变化规律以及粘度对传热的影响以及在传热和传质领域中的应用;最后提出了纳米流体研究中尚需解决的问题,并对纳米流体的应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract:The research on the modification of traditional urea-formaldehyde resin has been very mature. It has become a trend to enhance the modified urea-formaldehyde resin with nanomaterials. The use of nanomaterials and urea-formaldehyde resin to prepare nanofluids is a concept that has emerged only in recent years. The research about the thermal conductivity of nanofluids has become a hot topic of researchers. This paper introduces the preparation of nanofluids and three kinds of methods to solve the stability of the nanofluids. In addition, it discusses the changing law of nanofluids viscosity and how viscosity affect heat transfer. Besides that, the paper also expounds the nanofluids application in the field of heat transfer and mass transfer. Finally it puts forward the problem which needs to be solved in the research of nanofluids and gives some prospects for the applicaiton of nanofluids.
