工程木胶合界面I型断裂韧性研究 摘要:本文介绍了工程木在现代木结构中的应用情景、工程木的性能以及产品特点,以及断裂力学的发展历史,分析了国内外研究状,提出了本研究的目的意义、特色与创新。工程木(Engineered wood products,简称EWP)作为现代木质品的重要组成部分,广泛的应用于建筑、室内装饰、地板等行业。工程木是经过一系列加工得到具有强度性能评价和结构设计保证的木质材料,EWP最大的优越性能是强度的性能比较明确,相比较传统木材而言,而且它可以制造大规格且任意形状的木材、重量轻、尺寸稳定性好、质轻强高、耐火性能优良等一系列优良特点。但是工程木的胶合界面在实践应用中会在承载荷载低于设计荷载的情况下发生破坏。胶合界面是工程木最薄弱的部位,同时也是最容易遭受外界环境的侵蚀。为了解工程木胶合界面的破坏情况和破坏机理,解决在评价工程木的安全性能指标中存在不合理的问题,提高木结构建筑的安全性能和稳定性。

Study on the Agglutination Fracture toughness In Engineered Wood product
Abstract: This article describes the application prospect of engineered wood product ,performance and itrsquo;s feature of product,also the background of engineered wood products ,analyzes the research and innovation and characteristics,the article also describes the meaning、purpose、innovation and character of this article.The engineered wood product is important component of the modern timber -work,and itrsquo;s widely used in construction、interior decoration and the floor. Engineered wood products have strength performance evaluation and the guarantee of structural design wood materials through a series of processing.The best performance of engineered wood product is the performance of strength,compared with traditional wood, and it has a lot advantage that it can produce big specification and at any shape、light-weight、good stability、high strength and good fire resistance.however,in the fact ,the agglutination fracture toughness in engineered wood product is weakest links and it most vulnerable to external erosion.In order to understand the damage and failure mechanism of engineered wood product gluing interface,to solve the unreasonable problems in the evaluation of engineering wood safety performance indexes and improve the safety and stability of the wood structure.

1 研究背景
1.1工程木的发展背景和种类
木材是人类从大自然获得的一种天然材料,木材自身的美观性、质轻高强{1}的特性被广泛应用于建筑、室内装饰等各个领域。在欧美等国家,大量的住宅、学校、办公楼等建筑都采用现代技术生产的工程木来建造[2]。与时下普遍采用的钢结构、混凝土建筑不同,木结构具有的许多优点被许多人亲眯:节能环保、木材可再生等。虽然我国由于历史等原因造成木材资源匮乏,只能依靠进口来满足国内对木材的需求,但经过国家相关部门多年的经营,林木资源迅速壮大,特别是速生林的种植面积增大,这些都为了利用木质建筑材料发展绿色建筑提供了契机。
