丘陵果园作业平台设计文献综述

摘 要

目前国内外丘陵果园地形复杂,基础设施差,机械化程度低,导致生产管理劳动强度大,生产效率低,极大的限制了丘陵地区农业经济的发展。因此,如何解决运输作业安全性和人工成本高的问题,促进丘陵山地产业升级和提高经济效益,适用于丘陵果园的机械化作业平台的研究势在必行。本课题根据我国丘陵地区地形现状设计悬空式作业平台,可高效率达到运输功能,药物或微量元素喷洒功能,病虫害监测功能等多功能要求。一个完整作业平台的有效覆盖面积为10000平方米的丘陵地区,最高作业高度为10米。

Design of multifunctional work platform used in hilly orchard

ABSTRACT

Hilly orchard at home and abroad the complex terrain, poor infrastructure, low degree of mechanization, lead to the production management labor intensity, low production efficiency, greatly limits the hilly region agricultural economic development.Therefore, how to solve the problem of the artificial cost and high security of transportation operations, to promote industrial upgrade and improve the economic benefit, hilly mountain is suitable for hilly orchard mechanization operation platform research is imperative.This topic according to the terrain hilly region in our country present situation design impending operation platform, can achieve high efficiency transport function, drugs or spraying trace elements function, plant diseases and insect pests monitoring functions such as multi-function requirements.The effective coverage area of a complete operating platform is 10,000 square meters of hilly area, and the maximum operating height is 10 meters.
