文 献 综 述【摘要】 本文在综合了一些近几年关于办公楼智能化设计文献的基础上，介绍了办公楼智能化设计中的综合布线系统，火灾自动报警系统，安全防范系统，会议系统，建筑设备管理系统以及其他子系统的相关要点。

目前，国内办公楼智能化设计可供遵循的规范数量也有限。
笔者在阅读一定量的文献后，综合近几年大部分业内人士的观点，对设计进行一些相关要点的介绍。
一、综合布线系统设计综合布线系统是智能化系统中最基本的组成系统，也是一切智能的神经枢纽。
它使各种语音、数据通信设备、信息交换设备及建筑自动化系统之间彼此相联, 同时将上述设备与外部信息通信网络相联。
办公楼建筑对于综合布线系统设计的要求也会更高。
它将办公自动化、通信自动化、电力、消防等安保监控系统结合起来。
其设计在要满足实用性，灵活性，模块化，拓展性，经济性，通用性的设计原则。
