野马追倍半萜内酯的分离鉴定及抗炎活性评价

摘 要：野马追是一种止咳平喘效果显著的天然药物，从中分离纯化得到的野马追内酯具有抗人体鼻咽癌细胞的功效，并且具有抗炎功效。目前对野马追的药理研究，开发利用还不成熟。本文通过对野马追药材的质量标准进行研究考察，并在此基础上，确定了野马追内酯的分离纯化工艺，并通过细胞研究对其抗炎活性做出研究评价。

ABSTRACT

Eupatorium lindleyannumDC.is a natural herb with significant antitussive and antiasthmatic effects. Eupatorium lindleyannumlactone has the effect of anti-nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells and has anti-inflammatory effect. At present, pharmacological studies on Eupatorium lindleyannumhave been carried out. In this paper, the quality standard of Radix et Rhizoma Mustanae was studied, and on the basis of this, the separation and purification process of the wild angustifolide was determined, and its anti-inflammatory activity was evaluated by cell study.
