芡的催芽和水培体系的建立文献综述

芡的催芽和水培体系研究概况韩叶凡(南京中医药大学)摘要 芡实为睡莲科植物芡(Euryale ferox Salisb.)的干燥成熟种仁,富含淀粉、氨基酸及多种微量元素,具有很高的食用价值、经济价值和药用价值。

传统农业种植存在芡种子萌发率不高,生长周期长,且常易受病虫害困扰的问题。

故本文基于这样的背景,在分析国内外相关文献及研究成果的基础上展开研究,从睡莲科植物芡的形态特征、发芽条件、水培体系等方面,讨论光照强度、水温、基本培养组分、pH值等对芡的催芽和生长的影响,以期为芡的进一步研究和开发利用提供参考。

It is rich in starch, amino acid and various trace elements. It has high edible value, economic value and medicinal value. However, there are some unsolved problems like low ratio of seed germination, long growth cycle and plant diseases or insect pests in traditional agriculture. So based on the background, this paper analyzes relevant literatures and research results from home and abroad. From morphology, germination conditions and hydroponic system of Euryale ferox Salisb., the paper dicusses the influences of light intensity, water temperature, basic culture components and pH on the germination and growth of Euryale ferox Salisb. for further research and development.Key Words :Euryale ferox Salisb.; Pregermination; Hydroponics; Factors芡实为睡莲科植物芡Euryale ferox Salisb.的干燥成熟种仁,芡为一年生大型水生草本植物,俗称鸡头米、鸡嘴莲等。

芡主要分布于黄河以南,特别是长江流域和淮河流域的湖泊、渠塘等地。

芡实性味甘、涩,平。

归脾、肾经。

有益肾固精、补脾止泻、除湿止带功效,中医上常用于遗精滑精,遗尿尿频,脾虚久泻,白浊,带下。

芡实以淀粉为主,另含蛋白质、粗纤维、多糖、萜类、脂肪酸类、氨基酸、没食子酸[1-5]和花青苷、黄酮苷、黄酮醇苷等多种黄酮类成分[6]等,具有抗氧化、抗心肌缺血、止血、降血糖、调血脂及对胃粘膜的保护等作用[7-9],对脾肾阳虚型狼疮性肾炎[10]和蛋白尿有显著疗效[11]。
