HPLC法测定降粘胶囊中绿原酸的含量

摘要：目的：建立测定降粘胶囊中绿原酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:色谱柱采用Phenomenex C₁₈柱（250mm4.6mm,5mu;m）,以甲醇:0.2%磷酸（20:80）为流动相,流速:1.0mL/min,检测波长:327nm,进样量:10L,柱温:30℃。结果：绿原酸质量浓度在4.344～130.3gmL^-1（r=0.9998）范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.93%(RSD=0.12%)。结论：本方法测定降粘胶囊中绿原酸的含量,方法简便、准确,结果稳定,可为降粘胶囊的质量评价提供依据。

HPLC Determination of Chlorogenic Acid in Jiangnian Capsules

Abstract :Objective To determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Jiangnian Capsules by HPLC . Methods Using a column packed with Phenomenex C₁₈（250 mm4.6 mm，5 mu;m）.The mobile phase was methanol-0.2 % phosphoric acid（20: 80）and the detecting wavelength was 327 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the injection volume was 10L,the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results The linear range of calibration curve was 4.344～130.3gmL^-1 for chlorogenic acid (r=0.9998),the average recovery rate was 99.93 %(RSD=0.12 %). Conclusion The method is highly sensitive quick and accurate with good repeatability, which can be used for the quality control of Jiangnian Capsules.
