薯蓣属植物山药的化学活性成分及药理作用研究进展
摘要：山药，别名淮山药、怀山药、淮山、薯药、玉芋等，在我国有2000多年的食用药用历史，为我国人民群众所广泛接受的药食同源传统保健食品之一。山药不仅营养丰富，其中所含的多种活性物质在抗氧化、抗肿瘤、提高免疫力及降血糖等方面均表现出了一定的功能作用。本文拟对山药中所含的活性化学成分及相关药理活性做一简要综述，期待随着对山药活性成分研究的进一步深入与药理作用机制的进一步阐明，山药的药用价值与开发应用前景定会更加光明。

Advance in Researches of Chemical Constituents and
Pharmacological Activities ofRhizoma Dioscoreae
Abstract:Rhizoma Dioscoreae, also named as yam, potato, sweet potato, soil large potato medicine, jade taro, etc. In China Rhizoma Dioscoreaehas the edible medicinal history of over 2000 years, and it is widely accepted by the Chinese people as a kind of medicinal and edible traditional health food. Recent studies shows that Rhizoma Dioscoreaeplay a certain role in multi-biological activities such as anti-oxidation, anti-tumor, improving immunity and glycemic control. Here, we made a brief review on the active chemical constituents contained in Rhizoma Dioscoreaeand the related pharmacological activities, with in expectation to further elucidate the research on the active ingredients and pharmacological mechanism of Rhizoma Dioscoreae.
